Meet Dr. Larsen
Dr. Aaron Larsen is a distinguished dentist with over 20 years of providing exceptional dentistry to our community. Dr. Larsen is renowned for his compassionate care and innovative approach to family and cosmetic dentistry, and is considered to be one of the leading experts on Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJ)/Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) related conditions.
A top graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, he combines his exceptional educational background with an unrelenting passion for comprehensive dental care. Dr. Larsen’s expertise also spans endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and full mouth reconstruction, allowing him to provide convenient, comprehensive dental care, from root canals to complex restorative cases without the need for referrals. With over 1,000 hours of continuing education in Craniofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine, he holds board certifications from the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Craniofacial Pain. Dr. Larsen’s dedication ensures that patients suffering from TMJ-related pain and obstructive sleep apnea receive the specialized care they need. Dr. Larsen enjoys spending time playing golf, fishing, and cooking for his family. Along with his wife, they have two children, Jonah who is 22, and Malia who is 16.
Meet Dr. Boyd
Dr. Russell L. Boyd, a Georgia native, attended the University of Georgia in Athens, receiving a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in 1991, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended the Dental School of the Medical College of Georgia, receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in 1995.
After graduation, Dr. Boyd relocated to Richmond, Virginia, and was a civilian contracted dentist at the U.S. Army base, Ft. Lee, during 1995 and 1996. He then worked as an associate dentist for Dr. Sam E. English III in Richmond until 1998. Dr. Boyd returned to his home state in June of 1998, and took hold of the reins of his current practice here in north metro Atlanta.
Dr. Boyd is married to another dentist, Dr. Shurlang Yen who practices in Snellville, Georgia. They have one daughter. Most of all he enjoys golf, golfing and playing golf. He also enjoys music, reading — particularly American history and biography, and learning to speak Chinese. Dr. Boyd’s commitment to gentle comprehensive care is your assurance of the quality of dentistry that you will receive in this office, just as you and your family deserve.
